Victoria has had a decent graffiti scene (probably because of the climate). But my impression is that the city has been trying to sanitize its appearance. Even so, there are still some places where you can find interesting street art. For example, there’s a wall on Discovery Street.
Then there’s the Wildfire Café at Quadra & Mason:
There’s a building at the corner of Mason & Cook.
Finally, I found some decorated driftwood on the shore south of Beacon Hill Park.
