Since last week’s poem titled All of Us, a friend of mine named Jack Cooper has set it to music and posted a rough cut on bandcamp. I like his quick summary: “A friend of mine, Dave Barker, blogged and wrote a poem about being the first generation growing up and attending University in the era of new Conservatism (Reagan, Mulroney, Thatcher). This resonated with me very much so I put it to music. Social Media rules!” Indeed it do.
